Youth Fitness Swimming 

Fitness Swim for 5-8 yr

Participants will build technical skills, endurance, and team camaraderie.

  • Practice days & time: Tuesday thru Friday @ 4-4:45pm
  • Swimmers must be able to swim 25yds unassisted.

Session Dates:

  • Sept 3 - Sept 20
  • October 1 - October 25
  • Nov 5 - Nov 22

Fitness Swim for 9-18 yr

Stay fit through swimming! Participants will build technical skills, endurance, and team camaraderie.

  • Practice days & time: Tuesday thru Friday @ 4:45-5:45pm
  • Swimmers must be able to swim 25yds unassisted.

Session Dates:

  • Sept 3 - Sept 20
  • October 1 - October 25
  • Nov 5 - Nov 22
  • Dec 3 - Dec 20

Some equipment will be needed for the upcoming sessions, please see  recommendations below from swimoutlet.com, you can also find these things locally at sports basement. Any swimmers with hair length past their eyes need to wear a swim cap; it helps to keep goggles on, hair tangles out and swimmers a little warmer (for those who get chilly).
